Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Cost

  • Flat rate: $6.99 for U.S. orders under $70

  • Free shipping: Orders over $70

  • Shipping fees may vary for certain regions such as Hawaii or Alaska

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We ship using DHL and other trusted carriers

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed during promotions or high-volume periods may experience slight delays

Recipient’s Absence or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses

If a package is returned due to:

  • recipient absence

  • incomplete or unclear address

A refund will be issued minus the shipping and return fees.
ARIYOUNG is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

Shipping Cost

  • Flat rate: $25 for international orders under $70

  • Free shipping: Orders over $70

Shipping Details

  • International orders are shipped primarily via DHL

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, local warehouse time)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once the shipment is prepared

  • It is normal for tracking updates to pause while a package is in transit or customs

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are not included

  • These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and collected by DHL

  • Such fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refused

  • If a shipment is abandoned or disposed of due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be refunded

Return Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Any free gifts included in the order must also be returned

  • A return request must be approved before sending items back

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@ariyoung.us with your order number.

Provide:

  • Photo of the exterior package showing the shipping label

  • Photo of all items inside the package

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to change of mind:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund calculations:

  • Orders under $70: return shipping fee + original shipping fee deducted

  • Orders over $70: return shipping fee + free shipping value deducted

  • Partial returns: $6.99 return shipping fee (may vary by region)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide:

  • Photo of the exterior package with shipping label

  • Photo of all items received

  • Photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Failure to provide these materials may result in denial of compensation.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and approved

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (bank processing times may vary)

International Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders,
except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
