Order

Q. How can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ariyoung.us with your order number. Oncean order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Q. I made a mistake with my order. Can I edit it?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify certain details such as product quantity or options. Please contact our customer support team immediately. Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Q. I provided an incorrect address. How can I change it?

If your order has not shipped, we can update your address.
If the order has already shipped, ARIYOUNG is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before checkout.

Q. Why am I charged twice for an order I placed with PayPal?

In most cases, this is a temporary authorization placed by PayPal or your bank. One charge will automatically disappear within a few business days.
If both charges are finalized, please contact us with screenshots so we can assist you.

Shipping

Q. When will my order ship out?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Q. What courier do you use, and how long does it take to arrive?

We ship using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international logistics partners.

  • U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Q. What is the shipping cost? And which countries do you ship to?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
We ship worldwide, though certain remote or restricted regions may be excluded.

Q. Tracking shows that my package was delivered but I have not received it.

If tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
1. Check with household members or neighbors
2. Contact the carrier directly
3. Reach out to us at support@ariyoung.us
ARIYOUNG is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can also log in to your account to view order status and tracking details.

Q. My package arrived with something damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Q. I am missing an item or received a product that I did notorder.

Please contact us within 7 days ofdelivery with your order number and photos. We will investigate andresolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange

Q. I would like to exchange some items.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Q. I would like to return the items that I purchased.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in original packaging.
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Account

Q. Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. You may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your information more easily.

Q. I would like to delete my account.

Please contact support@ariyoung.us to request account deletion. Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered.

Product

Q. What is the Period After Opening (PAO) date of ARIYOUNG products?

PAO information is listed on each product’s packaging. We recommend using products within the specified period after opening for best quality and safety.

Q. Can pregnant women use the products?

We recommend that pregnant or breastfeeding individuals consult with a healthcare professional before using skincare products. Please review the ingredient list carefully before use.

Payment & Refund

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where available).

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status via your account dashboard or by using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation emai

Q. I would like to change or cancel the product option.

Changes are only possible before the order enters processing. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Q. The order was suddenly canceled.

Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, inventory availability, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded automatically.

Q. I would like to get a refund. What should I do?

Please contact us at support@ariyoung.us with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will guide you through the process.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Q. What are the restricted shipping areas?

Certain remote or restricted regions may not be eligible for shipping. If your location is unavailable, this will be indicated at checkout.

Q. I would like to know the shipping schedule for the product.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped according to carrier schedules.

Q. I would like to know how long it takes for my order to be shipped out and the total shipping period.

Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location (U.S. 3–7 days / International 7–21 days).

Q. I would like to change the shipping information.
